To investigate the apoptosis in the immune organs of chickens infected with H5N1 avian influenza virus(AIV) derived from goose.Fifty one-day-old specific-pathogen-free chickens were divided randomly into two groups,infected group(I group) and control group(C group).I group chickens were inoculated with 0.1 mL(105 TCID50) of H5N1 AIV on 7 days old by nasal,eye and oral route simultaneously.The thymus,bursa and spleen from two groups of chickens were taken at 3,4,5,7 and 14 day post inoculation(dpi),respectiv...
