Objective To study the role CD11b,CD18 and CD54 on the surface of peripheral blood leucocyte in HPAIV infection in mice.Methods 60 Kunming mice,weight is 18-20 gramma,we divide them to two groups randomly:experiment group(HPAIV)and control group,every group consist of 30 mice.To detect directly the expression content of CD11b,CD18 and CD54 of experiment mice and group mice in different moment on the surface of peripheral blood leucocyte employing whole blood immuoflurescence flow cytometry.Results PPC and M...
