Objective To understand the distribution and virus load of H5N1 avian influenza virus(AIV) in different organs from a H5N1 AIV dead case. Methods Isolate the H5N1 AIV in BSL-3 lab and assay the TCID50, then use the 10-fold series dilutions of isolate as standards to get the standard curve by fluorescent quantitative PCR. The autopsy samples, including heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and brain, were ground and detected by Real-time PCR. According to the standard curve, virus load of H5N1 AIV was calculate...
