USDA: HPAI cases in live wild birds in Utah in September, 2026

September 9, 2026, APHIS reported 11 live wild birds (Mallard, Redhead duck) tested positive for EA H5 HPAI strain in Weber county(collected on August 20, 2026), Utah.
