GISAID: UK AIV genetic data released(DI.2 genotype)

The UK Health Security Agency (UKSHA) released genetic data (EPI_ISL_19695821) from an individual having close contact with infected birds on a farm in England. According to UKSHA, the birds were infected with the DI.2 genotype, which is different from the strains circulating among mammals and birds in the U.S., e.g, B3.13 and D1.1
