Source of the outbreak(s) or origin of infection: contact with wild
species
Epidemiological comments: several viral strains of clade 2.3.4.4.b are
circulating locally (H5N3 and H5N1) the municipality and the
department are in a wildlife migration corridor, coming from the north
of Europe to join the south along the Atlantic Ocean.
