Affected population On 5th of November 2020, a barnacle goose (Branta leucopsis) was dead found near Visby in the municipality T鴑der. On 9th of November 2020, Statens Serum Institute confirmed highly pathogenic influenza A virus (H5N8) in the samples from the goose.
