As part of general surveillance carried out for avian influenza in the whole country under FAO project, samples from domestic poultry farms were collected by the monitoring teams in the Western Mountains, about 97 samples of different mountain regions. One sample was positive in Abuzian area. Migratory birds were seen a month ago in the area. |
