One human H7N9 AIV case reported in Gaoling district of Xi´an city of Shaanxi(Shannxi)province on 6th May. The 52-year-old female patient, surname Hao, lived in Gaoling district of Xi´an city, had onset of fever and received treatment in local clinic since 26th, April. Her chest CT inspection suggested pneumonia in Changqing oil field hospital on 29th April and was admitted into the hospital and treated until 3rd May. As her condition was not improved, she went to two more hospital for consultation on the night of 3rd May. She was transferred into Xi´an city central hospital on 4th May. On the morning of 6th May, her samples tested positive for H7N9 by city CDC and the result was confirmed by provincial CDC in the afternoon. She was transferred into Xi′an Tangdu hospital(designated hospital for H7N9 patients) for treatment on the morning of 7th May after group consultation by the expert team. This is the first H7N9 AIV human case reported in Xi´an city.
