China: Qingdao reported an imported human H7N9 AIV case from Rizhao

Qingdao reported an imported human H7N9 AIV case from nearby Rizhao city on 19th,Feb 2017. The 48-year-old female patient, surname Song, resident of Dashenzhuang village of Dongguan town of Ju county, Rizhao city. She had onset of symptoms on 12th,Feb with fever(39.5°C), as no imporvement of her condition in local clinic with treatment of intravenous infusion for two days, she was transferred to the county hospital. She was later transferred from Ju county to Qingdao Qilu university hospital for treatment on 18th,Feb 2017 and was diagnosed as human H7N9 AIV case on the morning of 19th,Feb. According to the local authority in her residency, she raised around one hundred chickens in her home and 4~5 chickens died in recent week. This is the 5th human H7N9 AIV case in Shandong province since 2017.
