China: Beijing reported an additional imported human H7N9 AIV case from Hebei

Beijing reported another imported human H7N9 AIV case. The 48-year-old male patient, surname Miao, resident of Xingcheng city of Liaoning province, lived in Shanhaiguan district of Qinghuangdao city in Hebei province. He had symptoms on 31st,Jan 2017, received treatment in local medical institution during 3rd~7th,Feb 2017. As no improvement for his illness with his local medical treatment, he was transferred to a Beijing medical institution for further treatment on the early morning of 8th,Feb 2017. The epidemiological investigation revealed the patient had live poultry contact history, the patient´s wife sell live poultry in the whole sale market in Shanhaiguan district, the poultry she sold was originated from Wangzhuang of Suizhong county in Liaoning province. All close contacts in Beijing showed no ILI symptoms
