A human H7N9 AIV case reported in Yuanjiang city of Yiyang city in Hunan province. The patient, surname Yao, 59-year-old male, employee of education department, had poultry contact history. The patient had history of hypertension, Hepatitis C, Rheumatic heart disease. Onset of symptoms(fever,cough, short of breath) on 31st, Dec 2016. Improved after use medicine, he started to have fever,cough, short of breath again on 5th,Jan and was admitted into local hospital in Yuanjiang for treatment on 6th, Jan. He was transferred to Yiyang central Hospital on 9th,Jan and was diagnosed as human H7N9 case on 12th,Jan after positive lab confirmation of H7N9 by CDC.
