  • VENDéE (Les Brandes, La Garnache (85710)) : The affected farm has only one closed premises with about 5,000 breeding ducks in late moult (no lay) and aged 12 months. Thursday 29 January 2009: signs of prostration. 50 birds found dead. Friday 30 January 2009: 25 birds found dead. Saturday 31 January 2009: 15 birds found dead. Sunday 1 February 2009: slaughter at the premises.
